Warehouse Outbound Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities Oversee all outbound department operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment. Coordinate closely with team leads to align department activities with overall warehouse objectives. Manage daily operations, ensuring that all outbound activities are carried out according to plan. Monitor inbound & outbound volumes to schedule and manage staff shifts, adjusting as necessary to meet operational demands. Develop and conduct training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure compliance with warehouse procedures. Step in to directly support outbound operations, demonstrating leadership and practical skills in handling goods, managing inventory, and using warehouse management systems. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, specifically within outbound operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. Valid forklift certification as plus. Knowledge of Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSC) and health and safety practices considered a plus. Join us as a Warehouse Supervisor where your leadership will energize our team!
