Warehouse Outbound Associate – Order Processing & Shipping Company: Bo Sports / Packicks Location: Richardson, TX Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Overview Bo Sports / Packicks is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Associate to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this position is to process customer orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), verify products using barcode scanners, and ensure that all orders are accurately prepared for shipment.The employee will also assist with warehouse order picking as a secondary responsibility when needed.We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with computers, follows procedures carefully, and takes accuracy seriously. Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Order Processing (Primary Responsibility) Process daily customer orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Print picking lists and provide them to warehouse pickers. Scan outbound order IDs to begin order verification. Scan each product's UPC barcode to verify the correct items and quantities. Confirm that all scanned products match the customer order before completing outbound processing. Generate and print shipping labels after order verification is completed. Double-check that each shipping label matches the correct order and products. Identify and report missing items, incorrect products, quantity discrepancies, or barcode issues. Ensure orders are processed accurately and ready for shipment on time. 2. Warehouse Order Picking (Secondary / Backup Responsibility) Assist with picking customer orders when outbound processing is caught up or additional support is needed. Locate products in designated warehouse storage locations. Verify product SKUs, sizes, colors, and quantities. Use picking lists and barcode scanners to ensure order accuracy. Deliver picked products to the outbound processing area. Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse workflow. 3. Quality Control & Teamwork Follow all warehouse outbound procedures and quality control standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Communicate immediately with the Warehouse Manager regarding order discrepancies or system issues. Work closely with warehouse pickers, packers, and shipping team members. Support daily shipping deadlines and warehouse productivity goals. Help reduce shipping errors by carefully checking every order before shipment. Job Requirements Comfortable using a laptop or computer for daily work. Ability to operate barcode scanners and basic warehouse software. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow step-by-step instructions accurately. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse picking duties during the workday. Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse outbound operations, order fulfillment, or shipping. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Familiarity with UPC barcodes, SKUs, and inventory management. Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment is a plus. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
