Location: Vaughan, Ontario Job type: Full-time, permanent, on-site Pay: C$20–C$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience About Max Water Max Water manufactures and distributes water filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, replacement filters, water softeners, and related products. We are looking for an experienced, organized warehouse professional with strong reach truck and forklift operating skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of stock organization, storage locations, replenishment, and inventory accuracy while supporting daily warehouse operations. Key responsibilities Organize products, pallets, shelving, and storage locations to improve warehouse efficiency. Establish and maintain clear bin locations, product labels, and orderly storage areas. Safely operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts to move, load, unload, and store products. Place and retrieve pallets from elevated racking. Receive shipments and verify quantities, product numbers, and condition against receiving documents. Record stock movements and maintain accurate inventory locations. Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Replenish picking locations and keep frequently ordered products accessible. Support order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving as required. Identify damaged products, unsafe storage, and opportunities to improve warehouse layout. Complete equipment inspections and report defects or maintenance needs. Maintain clean aisles, clear access routes, and safe storage practices. Required qualifications At least three years of relevant warehouse experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience operating both reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts. Current operator training/certification for the applicable equipment, with practical skills subject to assessment. Experience placing and retrieving pallets from elevated warehouse racking. Proven ability to organize stock and maintain accurate product locations. Experience with receiving, replenishment, inventory counts, and stock transfers. Strong attention to detail when checking product numbers and quantities. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory software or barcode scanners. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate with warehouse colleagues. Ability to perform the physical duties of the role safely, with accommodation where required. Preferred qualifications Experience improving warehouse layouts or implementing bin-location systems. Experience handling a large number of similar-looking products or components. Familiarity with water filtration, plumbing, hardware, or industrial products. Previous warehouse lead hand or inventory coordination experience.
