Warehouse Order Selector

Position Overview We are seeking a Freezer Selector responsible for picking, organizing, and preparing products for delivery to local customers, helping to feed communities. This role involves staying active, lifting, and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Picking items using order sheets or audio headsets. Stacking products on pallets, ensuring order accuracy and safety standards. Operating electric pallet jacks and conducting equipment inspections. Safely lifting and handling products weighing up to 60 lbs or more. Following proper wrapping techniques and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications & Skills One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures. Team-oriented with a passion for supporting community-focused efforts. Ability and willingness to follow all safety and operating protocols. Key Duties Maintaining safety in a cold storage environment (-20° to 0°). Standing, bending, lifting, and walking extensively during shifts.
