This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on warehouse work and have experience selecting orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Accurately select and pick customer orders for shipment. Operate electric or ride-on pallet jacks to move products. Build, stack, and wrap pallets for outbound deliveries. Use RF scanners or voice-picking systems to complete orders. Handle refrigerated, frozen, and dry food products. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and warehouse safety standards. Assist with loading and general warehouse operations as needed. Requirements Previous warehouse order selection experience is required. Hands-on electric or ride-on pallet jack experience is required. Experience using RF scanners or voice-directed picking systems preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting and stacking. Comfortable working in refrigerated and frozen warehouse environments. Reliable transportation to Lebanon, TN. Must be available Sunday–Thursday, starting at 6:00 PM, with variable end times based on workload.
