Warehouse Order Selector

Job Overview The Warehouse Team / Order Puller position is a universal role on our Warehouse Team. While there are several different jobs in the warehouse, team members may perform any of those duties at a given time depending on the needs of the team at that time. This particular position will have a concentration on pulling customer orders. Warehouse Team Members report directly to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager. Tasks may include but are not limited to: Pulling customer orders Receiving freight Putting away freight Stocking shelves Staging materials for shipment Loading and unloading trucks Helping customers with orders Cleaning / Maintaining the warehouse Driving forklift Lifting, pushing, pulling materials Climbing stair ladders Shipping small parcels Other tasks as assigned by management Key Job Skills: Clear and constant communication Must speak fluent English Reading and identifying items/labels Multi-tasking Problem solving Efficiently gathering or stocking orders Positive attitude Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
