Job Responsibilities
• Select and pick customer orders using a voice-directed headset system.
• Accurately identify products by matching item numbers, descriptions, and quantities.
• Operate electric pallet jacks (EPJ), walkie riders, and other warehouse equipment.
• Build and stack pallets according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Manually lift and stack cases weighing up to 50 lbs., including floor-to-overhead lifting.
• Ensure orders are accurate, properly stacked, wrapped, and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
• Meet established production, accuracy, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using voice-picking/headset systems strongly preferred.
• Previous experience operating electric pallet jacks, walkie riders, or other powered warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Physical Requirements
• Repeatedly lift and stack cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reach from floor level to overhead when building pallets.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Required Safety Gear
• High-visibility safety vest.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear.
Training & Schedule
• Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM for approximately 1–2 weeks.
• Must be available to complete the required training schedule before transitioning to the assigned shift.
• Assigned shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has previous order selecting experience, knows how to operate an electric pallet jack or walkie rider, and is comfortable using a voice-directed headset system. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable of handling heavy cases, and motivated to meet daily warehouse production goals.
