Warehouse Order Puller-Ship Supply Provisions (Cold Storage)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Puller in Cold Storage to join our team. The Puller will play a crucial role in the warehouse by accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. Duties Accurately pick and pull items from inventory according to order specifications. Verify product quantities and quality before packing for shipment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels. Follow all safety protocols and company policies during operations. Maintain and wear proper PPE for cold storage environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 70 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
