Stagnaro Distributing has excellent opportunities for Load Crew Members! Our Load Crew members handle materials, pick and load orders onto pallets, and operate forklifts/pallet jacks. General Information: Position Title: Load Crew (Forklift/Picker) Days: Monday – Friday Hours: 4:30PM to Close (No set end time. Close is when all trucks have been loaded) Location: 351 Wilmer Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45226 (Right across from Lunken Airport) Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and stacking beverage products. Ability to repeatedly lift and handle beverage cases of weights between 5-40 lbs throughout the shift. Occassionally handling kegs up to 150 lbs. Ability to accurately select products and quantities according to order sheets. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-oriented warehouse environment. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete daily loading requirements. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ability to work assigned shift, including remaining until all trucks are loaded. Often 10-12 hour shifts. Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Open and available to complete Forklift and manual/powered pallet jack/lift training Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred but not required. Experience operating electric or manual pallet jacks. Experience selecting orders using printed load sheets. Familiarity with beverage products and warehouse inventory procedures. Ability to maintain productivity while meeting established accuracy and safety standards. * All employees will undergo a criminal background check and drug screen (including marijuana testing) before employment begins.
