We are a professional crew and culture, but we do sell a product that is adult in nature. <Job Summary> This role involves order picking & packing, stocking shelves, and order picker lift operation to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials and products. General product finishing in packaging and labelling. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying focused, and efficiently completing tasks. Many employees prefer this role because it allows them to work with headphones while concentrating on the workload in front of them. <Duties> Picking wholesale and retail orders accurately using RF scanner inventory systems Packing orders according to specific customer requirements Maintaining speed and accuracy while fulfilling orders Learning product names, variations, and colors Operating an order picking lift and pulling larger boxes from high shelving Updating and maintaining Product Mapping Locations on spreadsheets Ability to lift 50–70 lb boxes Comfortable climbing ladders, heights, & moving boxes Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately Reliable and punctual <Experience> Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics roles is required. Prior experience operating forklift is required, ideally currently certified. Prior experience picking and packing orders preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely is important for success in this role. <Schedule> Full Time 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Paid time off Work Location: In person
