Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Evening Shift, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Location: Harrison, AR
Requirements for the Warehouse Order Picker / Loader
Ability to perform physical work, including frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working in changing temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team success
Warehouse Order Picker / Loader Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse inventory systems
Load and stage freight for shipment according to established procedures
Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
Verify products and quantities before shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned
