Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently pick and assemble customer orders by utilizing pick sheets and RF scanners.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for loading according to delivery routes.
• Work in dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas while adhering to temperature and food safety guidelines.
• Load and unload trailers, ensuring product integrity and accuracy at all times.
• Verify product, quantities, and codes to reduce errors and shortages.
• Adhere to all OSHA, company, and food-handling safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and performance targets.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Essential Skills
• Expertise in order picking.
