• Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in the number and type of products loaded.
• Engage in physical activities within the warehouse, including loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products manually or with material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret order information from computer printouts to accurately assemble orders for shipping.
• Follow safety management standards and protocols within the warehouse environment.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and floor lifts, promptly reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
• Conduct regular stock inventory checks and maintain precise stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
Required Skills
• Proficient in operating warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Able to read and understand various warehouse documents effectively.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate equipment continually throughout the work shift.
