Warehouse Order Picker / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Order Picker / Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on warehouse position primarily responsible for pulling and preparing orders using a stand-up forklift. The ideal candidate has previous stand-up forklift experience, is comfortable working on a forklift for the majority of the shift, and can use a computer or tablet to accurately locate and pull orders. Schedule: First Shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders accurately and efficiently using a stand-up forklift Operate forklift equipment safely throughout the warehouse Use an onboard computer/tablet to identify orders, products, and warehouse locations Verify products and quantities while pulling orders Move materials and products throughout the warehouse as needed Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed Requirements Forklift experience/qualification required Previous stand-up forklift experience strongly preferred Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Comfortable spending approximately 90% of the workday standing and operating a forklift Basic computer and tablet skills Ability to accurately follow electronic order-picking instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work the 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment Preferred Experience Previous warehouse or distribution experience Order picking or material handling experience Experience using warehouse management systems, scanners, tablets, or similar electronic order-picking tools Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
