The Opportunity
New-Line is growing and currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Order Picker to join our dedicated team at our Surrey location.
This is a fast-paced, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, thinking quickly on their feet, and working in a hands-on warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking and transferring internal customer orders, supporting smooth warehouse operations and timely service.
Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred; however, candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready for a new challenge are encouraged to apply. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new technical skills.

What You Bring
You have:
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, ensuring internal customer orders are picked and transferred correctly
• An interest in learning about a new industry, gaining product knowledge, and developing professionally
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use logic and experience to resolve issues and help keep the customer moving
• Strong teamwork skills; you support teammates when needed and contribute positively to the team environment
• A mechanically inclined mindset; you enjoy hands-on work with tools and equipment and learning new skills
• The ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs, and the awareness to ask for help when needed to maintain a safe work environment
• The ability and/or desire to operate machinery such as forklifts, order pickers and reach trucks to pick orders, put product away, and keep the warehouse organized and safe
• The ability and/or desire to learn how to use hand tools and power tools
• A desire to be part of a growing team, share in team successes, and develop leadership skills over time
