Put your skills to work and earn $21/hour! APH Distribution is looking for dependable, experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join our St. Cloud team. If you know your way around a warehouse, have experience operating a walkie jack, and take pride in picking orders accurately and efficiently, this could be the opportunity for you. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure our customers receive the right automotive parts at the right time. We’re looking for team players who work safely, meet established picking standards, and thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment. What You Can Expect Starting pay of $21/hour while working in this designated shift and position Early morning start times: 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM Full-time opportunities A hands-on role where accuracy, productivity, and teamwork matter Training on APH processes and procedures What You’ll Do Operate a walkie jack to move through warehouse picking areas and fulfill customer orders Accurately pick products within assigned warehouse zones while meeting established productivity and quality standards Prioritize expedited orders to meet shipping deadlines Inspect picked products to ensure they are in appropriate condition for shipment Safely lift and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Report inventory discrepancies, product-location issues, and other concerns to a supervisor Support overall warehouse operations as needed What You’ll Bring Previous warehouse and order-picking experience Experience operating a walkie jack Ability to consistently meet established picking standards for accuracy and productivity Ability to regularly lift and handle up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work an early morning schedule beginning at 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM Full-Time Benefits APH offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Basic life and long-term disability insurance Voluntary life and short-term disability options 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Paid time off and sick leave Employee discount program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Ready to put your warehouse experience to work?
