Warehouse Order Picker

About the Role:

The Warehouse Order Picker plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders within a warehouse environment. This position involves selecting and preparing products for production by carefully following order specifications and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will contribute by minimizing errors and delays, thereby ensuring production runs smoothly. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential to meet daily productivity targets. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand order sheets and inventory labels.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be US Person

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
