Warehouse Order Picker

Role Overview: The position involves selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping them for customer orders. The role requires operating powered industrial equipment, working in dry, refrigerated, or frozen areas, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Locate and lift cases of groceries, operate equipment like pallet jacks, ensure product safety, report damages, and follow proper wrapping techniques. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior order selecting and equipment operation experience advantageous. Ability to perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and operate equipment safely is essential. Physical Requirements: Constant lifting (4.5-100 lbs.), pushing, pulling, and bending. Ability to work in multi-temperature areas, stand for extended periods, and ascend/descend steps. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
