Warehouse Order Packer – High Volume / Fast Pace

We’re hiring fast, reliable packers for a high-volume warehouse operation. This is a performance-based role where speed and accuracy are required every shift. If you can stay focused, move quickly, and keep a consistent pace, this is a good fit. If not, this role won’t work. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately Match items to packing slips before sealing Package items securely to prevent damage Print and apply shipping labels correctly Separate and organize orders (single items vs bundles) Keep your packing station clean and organized Stay productive at all times (packing, prepping, organizing) Performance Expectations Fast-paced, high-output environment You will be tracked on speed and accuracy (orders per hour) Consistent pace required throughout shift Minimal downtime — always working Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to stand and work for extended periods Fast and efficient work style Ability to follow instructions exactly Reliable attendance Nice to Have Previous experience as a picker/packer or warehouse worker Pay Starting at $18/hr Opportunity for increases based on performance Important This is a high-performance role.
