Warehouse Order Packer

The Role: This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that is critical to our business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment of our fragrance orders—from safely pouring and bottling the oils to labeling, packing, and prepping them for daily shipping. If you thrive in a highly active environment, take pride in working with your hands, and have an obsessive eye for detail, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Accurately read packing slips (from Shopify and wholesale platforms) to pick, pour, and pack customer orders. Bottle Filling: Use your hands and specialized equipment to carefully decant fragrance concentrates and oils into various-sized glass bottles and bulk jugs. Quality Control: Ensure the correct scent, volume, and label are applied to every single item. (Extreme attention to detail is required) Packaging: Securely cap, seal, and package all products to prevent leaks or breakage during transit. Time Management: Work efficiently under tight daily timelines to meet carrier shipping cut-offs and dispatch deadlines. Workspace Maintenance: Keep your fulfillment station clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary bottles, caps, and shipping supplies. Requirements & Qualifications: Hyper Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work naturally and care about the quality and accuracy of the final product leaving the facility. Urgency & Efficiency: You can maintain a quick, steady pace and stay focused when there is a high volume of orders to get out the door. Manual Dexterity: You have excellent hand-eye coordination and steady hands for repetitive tasks like pouring liquids, capping, and applying labels perfectly straight. Comfortable with Fragrance: Because we deal in high-concentration oils, you must be comfortable working in an environment with scents Physical Demands (Please read carefully): Must be able to stand on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Requires highly repetitive hand and wrist movements (filling, capping, and packing). Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes and inventory supplies weighing up to [30-50] lbs.
