Warehouse & Order Fulfillment, Front Office Store Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a hard working individual to pull & pack orders, learn all products, assemble products, while helping customers when they come into the store. You will be responsible for learning all products by name. Detail oriented is an absolute must. We send out large orders that must be 100% accurate. You will be expected to be thorough, diligent, while working (eventually)fast. Hours are in the range of 8:30-2:30 M-F and some possible time on Saturdays. During training, you may train M,W,F 9a-2p with the owner. All mail that is not picked up is taken to Fedex, UPS, or post daily. You may need to assist with these drop offs. You should be able to easily lift 30 lbs fairly regularly. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service at the front office. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient inventory management, streamline shipping and receiving processes, and support overall logistics functions. Responsibilities Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure stock accuracy and proper storage. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision. Load and unload shipments efficiently. Support front office operations by greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and assisting customers with inquiries in a professional manner. Conduct regular stock checks, organize storage areas, and ensure proper packaging for safe transportation of goods. Assist with order fulfillment processes such as order picking & packing, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Good attitude and ability to change when necessary. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. We are located in W Plano and will be moving to a new location soon. (also within W Plano). Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
