WAREHOUSE OPERATOR with Forklift Experience FULLTIME / VENICE, FL $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Monday through Friday Enzymedica is a growing, highly respected, multiple award-winning company in the natural supplements industry. We are hiring a Warehouse Operator with forklift experience for a full-time, on-site opportunity in our Venice, FL location, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Starting pay is $17.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) , plus healthcare plans, paid time off, paid vacation, and a 401K plan with a zero-vesting period! Our warehouse also has A/C! Possible overtime may be required. Responsibilities: Forklift operation, including loading/unloading trucks, moving and staging materials, receiving inventory, and transporting products throughout the warehouse. Pull orders based on packing slips, ensure correct product and lot numbers; check orders for accuracy and pack properly according to company standards. Fulfill orders for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements. Document carrier inspections, both incoming and outgoing. Make sure orders are packed per customer packing/loading requirements. Assemble, pack, and ship displays as needed. Make sure all packages are in the staging area prior to the carrier’s arrival to ensure packages are shipped out the same day as packed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, breaking down boxes throughout the day. Keep the work area fully stocked at all times. Notify the Shipping Team Lead when supplies get low or are depleted. Receive, log, and distribute deliveries. Receive returns and transport to the proper location for processing. Assist in organizing approved finished goods and supplies in the warehouse. Assist with cleaning of the building, including warehouse floors and garbage removal, per the company’s cleaning schedule. Complete appropriate cleaning logs. Participate in physical inventory when it is conducted. Assist with other tasks as assigned. Requirements: · Forklift experience/certification. · Any prior warehouse experience. · On time and dependable. · Must be highly motivated and work efficiently. · Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. · Able to work alone and as part of a team. · Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily. · Able to lift and reach above your head daily. · Able to bend, twist, squat and kneel daily. · Able to stand for more than three hours at a time without a break. · Must be able to read and decipher labels and lot numbers. · Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time. · Able to occasionally climb ladders. · Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to protective footwear.
