Warehouse Operator, Packer
Maverick TechCompensation: $24.50/hour Role Level: Entry Level Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Role Overview As an Operator Packer, you will play a key role in our shipping and packaging workflow. You will handle tasks such as palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and bagging, while ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly. Under direct supervision, you will manage packing machinery, ready goods for transport, and assist with truck loading, all while upholding a secure and productive workspace. Primary Duties Manage the operation of pallet tables, bag packers, and associated machinery. Execute packaging and bagging tasks in alignment with standard protocols. Ensure finished goods are properly shrink-wrapped and palletized. Confirm that all product markings, labels, and bag codes are accurate. Conduct quality inspections to help ensure our customers receive accurate, high-quality products. Ready completed inventory for the shipping process. Assist in loading trucks to help maintain an efficient supply chain. Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized. Adhere to all safety policies and HSE guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Communicate any equipment malfunctions, packaging errors, or safety hazards immediately. Contribute to meeting production targets while upholding our standards for safety and quality. Requirements Possession of a GED, High School Diploma, or the equivalent. This is an entry-level role; while prior experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse settings is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Capacity to comprehend and execute both verbal and written directions. A high level of precision and attention to detail. Ability to operate safely in proximity to packaging and production machinery. Reliability and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Pay Details $24.50 per hour
