Our work environment includes: Safe work environment Growth opportunities On-the-job training Company perks Lively atmosphere Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate daily production operations - Ensure production targets are met within quality standards - Monitor and maintain production schedules - Implement and enforce safety protocols - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes - Maintain accurate production records and reports Experience: - Previous experience in a production environment - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude is a plus - Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures is a plus - Understanding of basic math principles for inventory management We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Production Employee. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate a forklift. The candidate should also have basic math skills for inventory management purposes. As a Warehouse Employee you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
