Sardo and Sons Warehousing is hiring several Warehouse Operators in Newark, DE. Here are the key details for the position: Dayshift - Monday through Friday. 7:00am-3:30pm. Overtime available to those who seek it but not mandatory. Get certified by Sardo & Sons to operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up forklifts. Unload inbound shipments, product put away, inventory counts, outbound order prep, and lastly the loading of outbound shipments. All training and certifications will be provided by the Sardo and Sons team, including training on established SOP's. Report to the Warehouse Supervisor. Salary, compensation, and benefits: Position starts at $18.00/hour. Included in salary are medical, dental, and vision benefits provided by the employer at no cost to the employee. No deductions out of paycheck for benefits. Retirement 401k plan offered with company match up to 4%. Life Insurance policy offered at no cost to the employee. PTO both given and earned through longevity. Paid Holidays (11) observed. Performance-based bonuses.
