In this role, you will play an important part in receiving, handling, and shipping products safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced aerospace environment. ️ What You Will Do? Receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately and efficiently Unpack incoming tools, clean and prepare them, and arrange them on workbenches for technical evaluation Build and repair crates and pallets to safely prepare products for outbound shipment Use the ERP system to enter data, manage orders, check stock, and support daily warehouse activities Complete and verify paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documents Support inventory accuracy by locating, counting, and reconciling materials Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to safely load, unload, and move goods Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned What You Will Bring? Education High school diploma or GED Warehouse Experience At least two years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred, with the ability to obtain required certifications Skills and Abilities Reliable follow-through and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time Ability to design and build crates for overseas shipments, including fragile items and products with complex shapes Ability to safely use basic power and hand tools, banding and packaging equipment, and other warehouse tools Experience using an ERP system to support warehouse activities Strong attention to detail with an organized and accurate approach to work Clear verbal communication skills Skills That Are a Plus Experience with international shipping, logistics, and U.S. Customs requirements Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, email, and ERP data entry Ability to read blueprints Strong written communication skills Benefits and Additional Information We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well-being.
