Warehouse Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in shipping feed to farmers and dealers across eastern Ontario. . This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate forklifts to handle product to put safely in final destination Proper labelling of feed, helping with inventory control Execute order picking and packaging duties with precision to meet customer requirements. Conduct lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts. Mechanical aptitude, able to help with basic maintenance and repairs Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 88 pounds). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Basic understanding of packaging standards and construction materials is beneficial.
