The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, organization, and handling of materials, products, and supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas. This position ensures materials are accurately received, inspected, stored, picked, staged, and delivered to the appropriate locations while maintaining accurate inventory records and following all company safety and quality standards. Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and products. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Move materials and finished products between warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving areas. Accurately pick, stage, and deliver materials according to production requirements. Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures. Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, and documentation for incoming and outgoing materials. Prepare customer orders stipulated on open sale order worksheet. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Maintain the dock and warehouse areas in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient condition while ensuring compliance with company safety standards. Maintain dock and warehouse area in a safe, neat and efficient condition. Follow all company policies, OSHA requirements, safety procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed. Perform routine inspections of material-handling equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns. Perform other assigned duties requested by Supervisor. Understand and apply ISO 13485 clauses to applicable role responsibilities Understand and apply AS 9100 clauses to applicable role responsibilities Follow requirements of ISO standards to maintain and improve the Quality Management System Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous forklift experience preferred; but will train for forklift certification. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material-handling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Working Conditions The Warehouse Operator works primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. The position may involve exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, elevated noise levels, dust, varying temperatures, and other typical manufacturing conditions. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times. Shift 11pm-7am
