SALARY: $18.00 -$25.00
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for accurately labeling, loading, and verifying all products entering and leaving NPAA’s Supply/Logistics operations. Ensures all materials received, shipped, and inventoried are correct, properly organized, and clearly identifiable.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare bills of lading, customs documentation, invoices, and other shipping/receiving documents.
- Coordinate and assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Verify the accuracy, quality, and quantity of incoming and outgoing shipments against supporting documentation.
- Organize and manage the distribution and shipment of materials.
- Identify, hold, and segregate defective materials in accordance with the RGA process.
- Perform part checks and direct operators to move materials to appropriate staging areas.
- Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies in partnership with the Inventory Coordinator.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
- DOT and IATA certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
- Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
