SALARY:  $18.00 -$25.00 

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for accurately labeling, loading, and verifying all products entering and leaving NPAA’s Supply/Logistics operations. Ensures all materials received, shipped, and inventoried are correct, properly organized, and clearly identifiable.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare bills of lading, customs documentation, invoices, and other shipping/receiving documents.
• Coordinate and assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Verify the accuracy, quality, and quantity of incoming and outgoing shipments against supporting documentation.
• Organize and manage the distribution and shipment of materials.
• Identify, hold, and segregate defective materials in accordance with the RGA process.
• Perform part checks and direct operators to move materials to appropriate staging areas.
• Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies in partnership with the Inventory Coordinator.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• DOT and IATA certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
