Warehouse Operator

Overview We are a busy residential plumbing and gas fitting company serving new home builders in Calgary and surrounding areas. The Warehouse Operator position supports the movement, storage, and preparation of goods across warehouse distribution operations. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, handling materials, and using warehouse systems to help keep orders accurate and shipments moving smoothly. Duties Receive, inspect, and put away incoming material (pipe, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, gas components) Pick, stage, and load orders for job sites and service trucks, often early morning Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and tracking Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse and yard Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials Support crews with last-minute material requests and returns Deliver and pick-up orders Flag low stock and help with reorders Qualifications 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience (plumbing, HVAC, or construction supply is a big plus) Valid forklift certification, or willingness to get certified Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Valid driver’s licence (Class 5) Basic computer skills; inventory software experience is a plus Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Casual dress Company events Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking RRSP match Ability to commute/relocate: Calgary, AB T2B 0L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Warehouse distribution: 1 year (required) Language: English (required) Work Location: In person
