Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver

Warehouse Worker We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is an intensive, fast-paced role requiring sustained physical effort, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and productivity. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse and distribution operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload shipments, including operating forklifts where required. Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and stock checks. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all established safety procedures. Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines. Identify and report equipment or inventory issues promptly. Perform other general warehouse duties as required. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or similar experience preferred. Ability to perform intensive physical work for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely. Forklift operating experience is an asset. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order-picking procedures. Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious and awareness. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to take on physically intensive tasks.
