Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator

We are looking for an adaptable Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. In this role, you will work side-by-side with ownership and leadership to keep our daily logistics moving smoothly while serving as our go-to person for warehouse technology and system support. Systems & Tech Support: Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting warehouse hardware, scanners, and software issues. Logistics & WMS: Maintain and optimize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient shipping/receiving flows. Wear Multiple Hats: Jump into daily warehouse operations or administrative tasks as needed, embracing a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Education & Experience Practical Experience: In tech support, warehouse operations, logistics, or project coordination Work Environment and Essential requirements Operational Mobility: Ability to traverse, navigate, and maintain a presence across our office and warehouse floor to support the team and audit workflows. Hardware Manipulation: Ability to safely lift, move, transport, and position tech hardware (like computers, printers, and monitors) weighing up to 50 lbs. Technical Assembly: Ability to configure, install, adjust, and manipulate wiring, tools, and technical equipment with accuracy. Varying Environments: Ability to work effectively within both a climate-controlled office setting and an active warehouse environment subject to fluctuations in temperature, dust, and noise. Ability to seamlessly switch gears from analytical planning (like building Excel KPIs) to active troubleshooting when a teammate needs immediate tech help. Ability to evaluate abstract system glitches or warehouse bottlenecks and independently map out practical, logical solutions. Cool Under Pressure: Ability to maintain a collaborative, helpful attitude and clear focus during system updates or busy facility projects.
