Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Set team priorities for timely customer orders
• Support employees and address performance concerns fairly
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records
• Improve efficiency, accuracy, and material handling practices
Requirements:
• Two to five years’ warehouse, distribution, lumber, or manufacturing experience
• Experience leading people and coordinating team activities
• Knowledge of storage, handling, forklifts, and lifting safety
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Safety-first mindset and customer service commitment
