Warehouse Operations Supervisor

ReGo Trading, a growing wholesale distributor of consumer products, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, manage employee performance, and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership of results, identifies problems before they escalate, and knows how to build a productive, accountable warehouse team. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Leadership Supervise warehouse associates, pickers, and Quality Control (QC) personnel. Assign daily responsibilities, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of orders. Coordinate closely with the Shipping & Receiving Manager to maintain efficient warehouse workflows. Monitor employee attendance, performance, training, and compliance with company procedures. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. Inventory Control & Accuracy Take ownership of inventory accuracy, bin locations, and proper inventory handling. Oversee cycle counts, recounts, and inventory discrepancy investigations. Ensure all inventory movements are properly recorded through warehouse systems. Identify root causes of recurring inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Monitor inventory organization, storage procedures, and replenishment activities. Picking, Quality Control & Order Fulfillment Oversee picking operations to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Supervise QC processes to minimize incorrect orders, shortages, and damaged shipments. Monitor picking errors, employee performance, and operational bottlenecks. Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving to ensure orders are ready for scheduled dispatch. Work with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve inventory and order-related issues. Process Improvement & Accountability Monitor operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, productivity, and QC performance. Conduct routine warehouse inspections and process compliance checks. Investigate operational failures and implement sustainable solutions. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures. Provide management with regular operational updates, identified risks, and corrective actions. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or operations leadership experience preferred. Experience supervising warehouse employees in distribution, wholesale, or fulfillment operations. Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, picking, and QC processes. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS); NetSuite or RF-SMART experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to investigate discrepancies and improve operational processes. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus.
