Warehouse Operations Specialists

AUCAN INC. is hiring multiple Warehouse Operations Specialists to manage physical inventory and maintain ERP data accuracy. Responsibilities include picking and staging orders, loading trailers for construction-site delivery, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment to ensure seamless project logistics. Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure quantity, condition, and quality meet project requirements. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with material replenishment to prevent project delays. Support daily warehouse activities and coordinate work priorities as needed. Logistics & Job-Site Delivery Process daily picking tickets and prepare materials requested by field crews. Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage materials for safe transportation. Coordinate and transport materials to construction sites. Ensure materials are delivered to the correct location and acknowledged by the receiving foreman or authorized team member. Communicate with warehouse, project, and field teams regarding delivery schedules and material needs. Inventory and Administrative Support Record all material receipts, transfers, issues, and returns accurately in the ERP system. Maintain accurate physical and electronic inventory records. Organize shipping manifests, delivery slips, receiving documents, and internal transfer records. Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Ensure documentation meets internal and project reporting requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, or logistics. Construction, semiconductor, or electrical industry experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
