Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will support daily operations across both fulfillment and inventory control — receiving, processing, organizing, and preparing products for shipment, while maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting production. Your duties will include accurately inputting inventory data, picking, packing, and shipping orders, sorting and staging orders, loading and unloading shipments, and performing other warehouse activities to ensure efficient and timely operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company standards and timelines. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for product quality or damage. Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and data entry into warehouse systems. Verify and reconcile inventory counts with warehouse data systems. Label, sort, and stage orders efficiently for outgoing shipments. Safely load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, etc.). Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for better workflow and accessibility. Ensure all outbound shipments are accurate, secure, and properly documented. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline fulfillment and inventory processes and enhance productivity. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and cleanliness standards. Assist with special projects or other warehouse and production support duties as needed. Requirements: Position Requirements The following requirements are non-negotiable. Candidates must meet all three to be considered. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required, including hands-on experience with a scanner-based Warehouse Management System (WMS). Working knowledge of inventory management or warehouse tracking systems. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (company-paid reach truck/order picker certification will be a requirement within 90-120 days of employment). Skills & Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older (required for safety and equipment operation). Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills. Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items, up to 70 lbs. Basic computer literacy and ability to enter data accurately. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
