Warehouse Operations Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to coordinate the accurate and timely flow of incoming and outgoing orders. Position Overview: This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the daily receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping operations of our business. The role combines computer-based inventory and order management with hands-on product handling . The position requires someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy in a busy, seasonal environment. The schedule is flexible, with 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM as a suggested schedule. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory levels in both physical and digital systems Receive incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders Accurately enter received items into our inventory management system Pull and prepare products accurately for customer orders Stage print orders for the production team Pack and ship both printed and blank product orders daily Update order statuses and fulfillment dates in the system Identify and resolve inventory or shipment discrepancies Occasionally communicate with vendors regarding shipment discrepancies What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning inventory and order-management software Ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks Good communication skills and ability to occasionally communicate with vendors Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently A team player who can thrive in a busy environment What We Offer: Competitive pay depending on experience Earn Paid Time Off Monthly Bonus System Training on all systems and procedures Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop experience in inventory and warehouse operations Schedule: Flexible 5 to 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday Suggested hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid time off Profit sharing Work Location: In person
