Warehouse Operations Specialist - Chinese/English Bilingual

Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of a U.S.-based warehouse for a growing renewable energy and e-commerce company specializing in solar panels, lithium batteries, solar inverters, and home energy storage solutions. The position is based at a company-operated warehouse of approximately 5,000 square feet in Houston, Texas. This is a hands-on operations role involving warehouse management, inventory control, logistics coordination, returns processing, and after-sales service support. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipments, inventory control, and stock counts. Coordinate product returns, warehouse processing, and inventory updates. Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics activities with internal teams and external partners. Support after-sales operations, including product replacements, warranty requests, and service coordination. Communicate with product and operations teams to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency. Coordinate with third-party installation and service providers when needed. Support general warehouse administration and other operational activities. Qualifications Required: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office applications. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse and office environment. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX 77064. Preferred: Experience with company-operated warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment, or overseas warehouse operations. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, SAP, or similar inventory management systems. Knowledge of international logistics, shipping documentation, or cross-border transportation. Experience coordinating returns, after-sales service, or third-party logistics providers. Previous experience in renewable energy, consumer electronics, or related industries is a plus. Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
