Warehouse Operations Specialist

About Adaptive Imports Adaptive Imports is a U.S. importer and distributor of specialized rehabilitation and adaptive equipment. We work with international manufacturers, medical equipment providers, and healthcare professionals across the country. We seek a dependable, organized, detail-oriented team member to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and efficient product movement. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Organization Maintain a clean, safe, highly organized warehouse and workstations. Organize inventory by manufacturer, product category, and location; improve workflow and use of space. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, shortages, and backorders; conduct counts and investigate discrepancies. Receive, label, store, and accurately record incoming merchandise. Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; pick, package, and process orders accurately. Assist with international freight container receiving and domestic deliveries. Inspect shipments for damage or shortages and communicate fulfillment priorities. Operational Support Assist with equipment demonstrations, returns, and inspections. Identify process improvements and communicate shipment delays or inventory concerns. Collaborate with customer service and management on daily priorities. Qualifications Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Excellent organization, accuracy, dependability, and ability to multitask independently. Comfort with computers, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel; SOS Inventory or ShipStation experience is a plus. Ability to safely lift and move merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends. PTO: Available to eligible full-time employees. Other benefits: No employer-sponsored benefits are offered aside from PTO.
