Warehouse Operations Specialist

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Position Overview Cylex Plastics is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, material handling, custom plastic cutting, inventory, and local customer deliveries. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, safety-conscious, comfortable working independently, and interested in taking on additional responsibility as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Handle daily shipping and receiving activities Receive, inspect, organize, and prepare materials for customer orders Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery Cut plastic materials to customer-specified sizes using an electric beam saw; training will be provided Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time Deliver orders to local customers using a company-provided van Provide professional service during customer deliveries and pickups Warehouse Operations Specialist Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Machine tool, saw, or material-cutting experience is a plus, but not required Ability to accurately read measurements and follow cutting instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work Dependable and able to work independently Valid driver's license and safe driving ability Basic computer skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Training provided Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement into a warehouse leadership role as the company grows Cylex Plastics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
