Warehouse Operations Manager — Mission Viejo, CA (Full-Time, On-Site)

West Coast Prep 3PL is a growing e-commerce fulfillment company in Mission Viejo. We handle Amazon FBA prep and 3PL services for brands, and we're a mission-driven team. The role You'll run day-to-day operations at our Mission Viejo warehouse (23831 Via Fabricante, Suite 302): receiving, FBA prep, inventory accuracy, shipping, and leading the floor team. You'll work directly with the founder and keep client work moving on schedule and to spec. What you'll do Oversee daily receiving, prep, packing, and shipping Lead and schedule the warehouse team Keep inventory accurate — counts, putaway, and shipment checks Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized floor Coordinate client shipments and handle issues as they come up What we're looking for Experience managing warehouse or 3PL operations (FBA prep experience a strong plus) Experience with a warehouse management system Organized, dependable, and comfortable leading a team Forklift experience a plus Pay: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
