Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory in a compliance-critical environment handling pharmaceuticals and hazardous materials. Responsibilities Include Managing warehouse personnel, tracking attendance, coaching, and fostering employee growth. Ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence. Monitoring productivity, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements. Responding to production issues and developing solutions. Developing and managing budgets, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting safety standards. Studying future needs and recommending process enhancements to improve accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related fields. 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of warehouse systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and support emergency services. Additional Information: The position is onsite in Lockbourne, OH, with a shift from Monday to Thursday evenings.
