Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Overview As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating people, inventory, and transportation to support reliable order fulfillment. You’ll use operational data and clear communication to keep work aligned with customer and business needs. Duties Lead warehouse operations, distribution operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Supervise and develop teams; coordinate warehouse supervisors and communicate priorities across operations. Manage transportation planning, freight, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners; use transportation management systems to coordinate shipments. Oversee budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), purchasing, procurement, materials management, and production and demand planning. Your impact: Strong inventory control and process improvement help customers receive accurate orders while supporting dependable supply chain operations. Skills Essential: Warehouse operations or warehouse experience, supervising experience, team management, inventory control, and distribution or logistics management. Essential: Process management, continuous improvement, budgeting, supply chain management, and effective managerial communication. Preferred: Lean methods, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management, and supply chain analytics. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, warehouse supervisor experience, transportation planning, demand planning, production planning, warehouse distribution, and freight is valuable. Exposure to non-vessel-operating common carriers (NVOCCs) and 3PL coordination is a plus.
