Warehouse Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Manager at OWC (Other World Computing) is responsible for leading all warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of OWC’s industry-leading technology products. This role oversees inventory accuracy, order fulfillment across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, and seamless coordination of domestic and international logistics. The position also plays a key role in financial operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, including cross-border activities with Canada. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in scaling warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce and technology-driven environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in e-commerce or technology hardware environments
· Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, WMS, and ERP platforms
· Experience managing marketplace fulfillment (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify integrations)
· Familiarity with U.S.–Canada cross-border logistics, customs requirements, and GST/CRA compliance
· Financial management experience including invoice processing and vendor payments
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and warehouse technologies
· Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams
What Success Looks Like:
Salary: Starting at 60,000 CAD.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
· Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
· Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
· Occasional bending, climbing, and reaching as required
