Warehouse Operations Manager Korean Beauty Supply Chain & Fulfillment | On-site at City of Industry, CA (Greater LA) CGETC is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) that helps 300+ Korean beauty (K-beauty) brands succeed in the United States. The company manages the full cross-border journey, from international freight and customs clearance through warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment to retailers and consumers. Founded in 2003, the company is profitable, backed by investor capital, and well-positioned to continue its history of double-digit growth. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to run the floor day to day and turn that growth into accurate, on-time, repeatable execution. About the Role Reporting to our SVP of Operations, you will run daily warehouse operations across inbound, inventory control, B2B, and B2C, making sure work is planned, staffed, and finished on time, and that the system matches the shelf. Our SVP is a Maersk-trained Six Sigma Black Belt, and you’ll work alongside him to build the warehouse organization itself, not just step into a job. Together, you’ll turn a fast-built, reactive operation into one that is measured, accountable, and repeatable. This is a lead-from-the-floor role: one hour tracing an inventory variance, the next moving labor as volume shifts, the next coaching a floor lead. You’ll own five things: inventory accuracy, labor managed to volume, processes that make best practice the default, frontline leadership that builds trust and accountability, and WMS discipline as we complete our move to ShipHero. The opportunity goes well beyond more square footage. Our vision is to connect the cross-border supply chain end to end, from international freight and customs through our warehouses to every channel our brands sell into. As we build it out, you’ll be first in line for a meaningful role coordinating that flow, not just what happens within our four walls. What You’ll Do Own the floor Run daily operations end to end. Inbound, inventory control, B2B, and B2C, leading from the floor, especially during peak and critical projects. Be the calm escalation point. Sort urgent from important and resolve issues quickly. Keep the warehouse safe. Clean, organized, and in line with OSHA requirements. Manage labor Know where the team is always. Move people as volume shifts through the day. Plan labor to actual volume. Flex staffing to daily and seasonal demand, using staggered shifts and the right mix of full-time and temp labor. Own inventory accuracy Run a real cycle-counting program. Counts prioritized by velocity, on a consistent cadence. Make the system match the floor. Enforce location and scanning discipline, and manage lot and expiration control for short-shelf-life products. Fix variances so they don’t repeat. Find the root cause and put lasting fixes in place. Lead and develop the team Move leads from player to coach. Coach a multilingual team of Associates and floor leads so that no process depends on one person. Hold a clear, consistent standard. Set expectations, give regular feedback, and address performance directly. Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and evaluations. Build process and training Write the playbook. Write and maintain SOPs and training materials. Retrain the team on ShipHero. Get everyone using the system as designed. Run the operation on KPIs. Define core warehouse KPIs with leadership and use them to manage. What You’ll Bring Warehouse leadership. 4+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations management, including leading leads or supervisors Inventory control and labor planning. You’ve owned cycle counting, lot and expiration control, and variance root-cause analysis, and you’ve planned labor to volume 3PL, multi-channel experience.
