Required Skills and Experience of Warehouse Operations Manager:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting teams, managing workloads, and leading operational activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and performance measurement methods.
