Warehouse Operations Manager

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, fulfillment, operations, or inventory management. Prior experience supervising warehouse staff, drivers, or field-delivery teams. Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery scheduling. Proven ability to manage multiple active jobs and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability. Experience working with proposals, work orders, purchase orders, Bills of Lading, and delivery documentation. Comfortable using inventory, project-management, photo-documentation, and communication platforms; experience with order management systems and CompanyCam is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a firm commitment to process compliance and documentation. Ability to work in a hands-on warehouse environment, including lifting and moving materials as needed. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred, CDL preferred. Forklift certified to train and operate OSHA 30 certified, or willing to obtain Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
