At Kestrel Point, you open a new building from day one, hire your own supervisors and share the on-call rotation with three other managers, so you're on call one week in four. What you'll do Run daily operations across both shifts of our 98,000 sq ft Groveport building Lead 2 Warehouse Supervisors and 2 Shift Leads, and grow the team from about 30 to 55 associates by mid-2027 together with our recruiter Own the site KPIs: 99.7% order accuracy, same-day shipping for orders received by 2:00 PM, cost per order and OSHA safety performance Build labor plans from client forecasts, including the November–December peak Lead go-live with our technology team: Deposco WMS setup and Locus robot rollout Work with Client Success to onboard new brands into the building Run the site safety program with our EHS & Training Coordinator What you bring 5+ years in warehouse or 3PL operations 2+ years managing supervisors across multiple shifts Hands-on experience with a WMS Strong Excel skills for labor planning and reporting Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check Nice to have: experience launching a new building, Lean or Six Sigma, Deposco, Locus Robotics. Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, so you cover the shift handover. Phone on-call one week in four, shared with our other operations managers. Expect longer days during the November–December peak.
