Warehouse Operations Lead – Calgary, AB Company: SixSide Logistics Inc. Location: Calgary, Alberta (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Description SixSide Logistics Inc. is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to join our growing Calgary operations. This is a working lead position where the successful candidate will initially manage and perform daily warehouse duties independently. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, has strong warehouse experience, and is comfortable handling both physical and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Perform daily receiving, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight carriers. Process inventory transactions using WMS or ERP systems. Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and operational efficiency. Support third-party logistics (3PL) operations and client requirements. Communicate operational updates to management. Requirements Valid forklift operator certification is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of hands-on forklift and/or reach-truck operating experience is mandatory. Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Ability to independently manage warehouse activities and perform physical duties. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is preferred. Experience in 3PL or freight coordination is an asset. Initial Training The selected candidate must complete two weeks of hands-on training in Brampton, Ontario before assuming responsibilities at the Calgary location.
