Warehouse Operations Lead

Posh Tech is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead who can keep orders and inventory moving while handling the systems work behind them. You'll spend time on the floor and at a computer, working with our operations team to catch problems before they delay shipments. What you'll do - Coordinate daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping priorities, and help with the floor work. - Check incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. - Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and retailer routing paperwork. - Update orders and inventory in our warehouse system. - Compare SKU and order exports in Excel to find missing items, quantity differences, and other discrepancies. - Help with cycle counts and resolve inventory or shipping issues. What we're looking for - At least two years of hands-on warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience. - Practical Excel skills: you can compare lists and find discrepancies efficiently, not just search for items one at a time. - Comfort learning warehouse and order systems. - Good judgment, organization, follow-through, and a willingness to jump in on the floor. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use a pallet jack. Forklift, WMS/ERP, and retail routing experience are pluses. Full-time, on site in Dania Beach, Florida. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience.
